i think i dont know reflection i just noticed because i thought for so long that i finally like myself but just now it dawned on me that what i am feeling is in fact NOT liking myself i have just been programmed to think that liking my body means liking myself i don't actually like myself i like my body i don't like me as a person very much i can't pin it down there is a feeling of hate towards me but what it is
