Depeche Mode - Ghosts Again (Official Video)
BOI THAT ALMOST SAME POSE WITH A 23 YEAR DIFFERENCE
Everything about this gif is wonderful,
How Alan starts to dance after the host tells that she is looking forward to see the tomorrow’s breakdance of the other guest,
The way Alan breakdance (!),
How Dave starts to dance right after seeing Alan…
except the shitty quality.
Happy birthday, David “Dave” Gahan (born May 9, 1962) Dave at the final moments of Depeche Mode’s video to I Feel You (1993)

What gives you the most satisfaction out of being a musician? [x]
Nurnberg, Germany (11/06/1993) [x] “On Friday (June 11) in Nurnberg, Dave really did it! Excited by the rhythm of Alan’s drums during ‘I Feel You’ *, the feeling from the audience, and the rising temperature, he took off his shirt and threw it to the side of the stage. Unfortunately the shirt didn’t quite make it and landed on top of Alan’s head. ‘What a disaster’, you may think, but Alan didn’t lose his cool, and continued playing [the drums] without missing a beat. Eventually someone ran out and removed the shirt from Alan’s head. Dave and Alan ended up laughing until the song was over.” © BONG #20, April 1994 ____ * It was ‘Never Let Me Down Again’ actually.

My first #tbt (it had to be right!). Me and one of my heros @dave_gahan__ in London 1997. This is after @placeboworld and @depechemode performed on the now defunct (and missed) #TopOfThePops. We performed Nancy Boy (#4 in the UK charts) and Depeche Mode did Barrel Of A Gun. I was tripping on cloud 9 as this band has had a massive influence on me musically and personally. I spent my awkward teens covering their songs and turning the lights off in my room to immerse myself in their latest release. My isolation from the world had the best soundtrack! What a gentleman and talent Mr. Gahan is, and his bandmate Andy Fletcher was the best host serving us drinks in his restaurant Gascoignes in St. Johns Wood that chilly night. I had to give Dave our album (#placebo), and here he shows it off in all its fuzzy glory. I hereby praise the mighty Mode, long may you rule! x © stefanolsdal

Hours before the biggest show of Depeche Mode’s career - at the sold-out, 80,000 capacity Rose Bowl - photographer Anton Corbijn captured a quiet moment between frontman Dave Gahan and his infant son.
This is the most beautiful, perfect and amazing post of my entire blog.
