Here you go!! Instead of just holding my nose and mouth closed after I ran out of air, I did this. I couldn’t hold my breath for long - my lungs suck. Wanted to do a little heart torture with the breath holding. And wanted to do it sitting and arching my back to get a better reaction from my ticker.

There’s NO AUDIO EDITING in this video. I wanted you to experience the whole thing! So if there is movement, you’ve been warned that those segments have NOT been muted.

Something I whipped up in Source Film Maker and Blender over the past few days. It's basic, there's no sound, and its a bit rough but I hope you enjoy.

Credits

Carmelita Fox model is made by Pacgama on Garry's Mod Workshop, I just imported it to SFM and edited the models .qc file to make the jacket removable.

Improved Heart Model by Spyke on the SFM Workshop.

The medical props are from Meet The Medic Beta Props by TheGameChief on the SFM Workshop.

The red box the heart is in is the Dumb Box by MysteryPancake on the SFM Workshop with the color changed.
