We’ve been very excited to show this design off for awhile now from the newest Mystery Skulls Animated music video! This big scary boy goes by the name Murder Mystery.  We had some wonderful design help from the lovely artist Nelnal on twitter who collaborated with our crew to help design this guy. Hope you enjoyed seeing him as a surprise at the end of the video!

i am mourning the loss of the dear evan hansen movie. no, it hasn’t happened yet, but they’ve already made so many poor choices that will throw it down the drain.

first they made a few less than ideal casting choices, then they made larry stepdad, which throws a lot of things off. and now, ben platt is saying that they’ve kept the integrity of the show, including “most of the songs,” which implies that some songs are getting cut, and that’s something that this show can’t afford to do. there are only 14 songs in the show, and every single one of them is integral to the story and/or the characters. you can’t just cut some of them. also the way the staging is done, it’s so easy to mess that up for the movie. i was so excited for this, and don’t get me wrong, i’ll still see it, but i have a feeling it’s going to be fairly disappointing.
