The best thing that works for me when feeling anxious and airy is first grounding myself.
This could be taking a walk barefoot on the Earth, jumping up and down(if I have the energy).
Sometimes it's just sitting outside being present with whatever is outside. That looks like listening to the birds, sitting on the grass, cloud gazing, bird watching or people watching.
Doing something that simple just makes me feel at home within myself.
After I have done that and I feel grounded that's when I start questioning my thoughts as to whether they are true or not and whether it is within my control or not. And lastly I choose to let go and melt into the present moment. Because in that moment I am choosing to trust God in that moment and in turn it's easier to then trust myself. It's easier said than done but it helps ✅

vs Reality
a responsible and trustworthy person who will keep Classic away from danger if he gets the brilliant pink elephant backpack
I-
While I respect your devotion, I think Classic would look at you with a mixture of disbelief and disdain at the suggestion.
When heart breaks
It does not make sound
I don’t know who said it
I don’t found this sound
The reality is
When it break
Often it break with so many things
It break every single cell of body
Every single vein and nerve get choked
It break your ability to trust anyone
Broken heart compels you to break
The first gift you had
You want to wash
The memories of first date
And not only this
You want to permanently delete
All the files of the day before break up.
I want to see the people
Who says
When heart breaks
It does not make sound
The reality is
It is total chaos inside
And for broken heart everything
Zeroed down outside
Why no one listen all this shout and chaos
Why people don’t feel the quake inside the broken heart
To feel and listen all this
One must have sensitive heart
It’s not true that
When heart breaks
It does not make sound
But the reality is
It makes huge, loud and clear sound.
Hemwey (Hem-way) Hemwey is the Bowynn goddess of Compassion and care for those that are often down-trodden. Most particular, Hemwey tends to the poor, the ill and those that are suffering through life. She is the lifter of heads and hope. Her parents are Rhya and Anhur and she is the sister of Daekk and Tymora.
Hemwey is a caring and nurturing goddess, spending little time in Alaway but preferring to walk the night streets to bring help to those that need to sleep there. She is sister to the goddess of fortune, Tymora. Together they help the destitute. Even as a child, before taking her position in the great pantheon she loved to walk the villages where mortals live and play with the children of the poor; Bringing a smile to their face and bringing food and medicine to families in need. often such gifts were left in a small bundle by their feet. These offerings and gifts of hope please Hemwey so much that the goddess eventually chose to fore-go marriage and the pleasantries of Alaway and live among peasants. However, Hemwey is not a goddess that tends to those that do not try to better themselves or the lazy. One story speaks of her running into a man that was barely wearing a cloth to cover home and covered in filth. The goddess took him to her simple home, bathed, clothed and fed him. The next day the man appeared again the same way. This happened 7 times in total. Finally, the goddess discovered the man was merely using her and other people’s generosity. It was from this that the goddess learned for the first time that some people can be cruel and lazy. However instead of ignoring him, Hemwey gave the man the richest of garments and a huge cash pile. She did this every day and everyday people saw him. Thinking the man was a rich merchant, the poor started to beg him constantly for assistance. By the end of each day, he had no money left.
Hemwey is a motherly looking goddess with very simple garments. Her hair free of make-up, her hair long and her feet bear. If she does not appear as a peasant woman herself to others she comes in the form of a cat or a cool autumn breeze. Seen in her true form she bears a basket or bag in her arm with bundles of gifts: food, drink, shoes and coins.
Sacred gifts and offering to Hemwey are food of any type but bread is her choice. Libation is milk or water. And of course, incense. Coins of generosity are also a prized offering to the goddess.

🕉️ It is a personal conclusion for me to say that humanity has been brainwashed about the topic of Life after death. You don't stay forever in the place where The Church describes as Heaven. After that stage, you tend to continue to the phase of the "review board". "The idea of a perfect heaven, as the Church makes us to believe, exists but not for long. That's not the way it is. What are you learning if you just had it perfect forever. Not the way it works. There are boards, there are elders, there are masters. They can't tell you what to do but they're there to advise you. So, you go up and look and they are going to show you everything you have ever done; every word you've ever said; everybody you have touched, hurt or anything. Believe me this is not easy to look at. They're showing it very objectively but they don't show it just from the viewpoint of you looking at it, they show it from the perspective of everybody you were involved with. You begin to see it from their eyes, from their viewpoint, believe me, THAT. HURTS. Because all of a sudden they'll say: 👁️" "I didn't know I hurt them like that." "👁️ ⚜️" "I didn't know what I said affected them that way." "⚜️ Because, you know, we do that, we go through life, we don't pay attention to what we're doing to people. I think if more people understood this, we'd be kinder to people. KNOWING IT'S GOING TO COME BACK ON US." 🔮 #CSLEWIS #TransformationConference #LifeAfterDeath #HarryPotter #Trust https://www.instagram.com/p/B_aTYFWHtaW/?igshid=1s0pani7yq6qq

Today is the third Women’s March and with a weekend of protests and discussions looking at the complexity of the issues in the United States, certain films handle them well. As it is the Women’s March, that deals with the complexity of all issues related to those marginalized, a movie that brilliantly strokes the complications of life, is Stepmom.
I don’t know how well-known this film is for sure, but I don’t believe it is. Stepmom ranks as a great film about women and life not because of the large issues of life and death and new family, but the smaller, nuanced issues that blanket the film. Susan Sarandon’s character and Julia Roberts’ both represent women at opposite ends of the spectrum in the bigger understandings of how they act and their priorities but also in how they react, how they communicate, how they think things out and how they adapt. The film reminds viewers that there is a spectrum to people and our relationships with one another. Men and women, parents, children and grandchildren.
PS-- Thou, Julia Roberts’ line about how she's afraid the daughter will want her mother with her on her wedding day is fucking ridiculous, if she’s nothing thinking about her mother, she’s psychotic.
People do not like this film, I do not know why people do not like this film. I liked this film mostly for Addison Timlin, her portrayal and the character’s story. Another film I haven’t been able to see for a while, I would agree with many complaints that it’s not a comedy in a traditional sense. It’s that difference between laughing at a joke and laughing at something, just because you laugh doesn’t mean it’s funny or fun. It’s more of a drama for the fact that Addison Timlin’s character Ramsey has a pretty shitty life, especially with Lumpy gone; and the dramatics of a best friend who you don’t really know dying on your wedding day. But again it’s not supposed to be haha funny, I think it’s more just about pushing you and reminding you to laugh at things that aren’t always funny but also aren’t always serious.
Addison Timlin in this story is remarkable. Perfectly seen as shy and scared but also understanding that she’s angry at the world and because of her life is shy and scared again. Both with her character and the “Best Man” Lumpy you’re pushed to look past a first glance and dig a little deeper. Ramsey (Addison Timlin) is torn, trying to do the right thing but maybe for the wrong reasons or the wrong thing for the right reasons and it’s overwhelmingly complicated. It’s mentioned that she should’ve told the whole story in the beginning, well not only would the movie had ended earlier but we know that she like Lumpy is one that takes a bit to warm up to and without the Bride and Groom getting to know her, they would have heard the story, felt proud to have Lumpy as their friend and left—missing the final points of Lumpy’s life and the film. While the ending wrap-ups are cliché and I could do without, I disagree that the film wasn’t funny and warm; and whether you like the film, you’re crazy if you don’t love Addison Timlin after this—because her and Lumpy are pretty typical people in your life that you love—thou they usually can’t stand each other.
PS “ But he wasn't your best friend. He was your oldest friend. There's a difference. “--Hella frickin accurate
The book is almost always considered better than the film, and really, how couldn’t it be (shout-out to all the people who were in the same theatre as me during the first Harry Potter and had to deal with me going thru the book in the theatre and complaining about the inaccuracies for the first third); there’s no budget, no timeline for the writer or the reader and you get to become more immersed (bonus: movies are expensive!). But except for times when the movie greatly alters the story (the Giver), I understand that movies are more restricted than the books and sometimes even very important plot points not 100% relevant to the main story ‘must’ be omitted (R.I.P S.P.E.W). However, two stories that were big as I grew up went from book to movie, one that I first saw as a movie (A Walk to Remember) and one I first read as a book (Holes)
A Walk to Remember was a big deal in my school when it first came out, even after those who saw it first shouted about the ending and while the dramatics of young love being lost to death area big plot point in young adult novels, many of the aspects of high school were accurate even when they’re cliché. There are kids who are ‘losers’ and hate it, but also don’t care; and some people who are assholes in elementary school, are assholes for life—but others, may not even be assholes by the end of high school whether due to basic maturing and growth or dramatic circumstances change them (I’ve seen both). About ten years after the movie came out, I came across the book and decided to read it as there some things in the book that didn’t make sense to me (main point, her leukaemia being so devastating at such a young age and the school being overly involved with Landon’s criminal activity punishment). Turns out, the original book was set in the 1950s!!! but adapted so more teens would go see it. As with most of the stories I love, this one I loved because it gave a good background as to why and how Landon falls in love with someone ‘not his type’, it’s both explained and unexplainable—completely accurate and brings the idea to kids that there are many reasons why people are the way they are and you can only truly know someone by getting to know them. As a side, while mostly ignored in both the movie and novel, both stories do have the reconnection made between Landon and his father.
Holes: is, was, and will always be; hysterical. From Stanley = Yelnats, to the curse being centered on a pig and a dumb rich girl, to the kids at camp green lake really not being hardened criminals but just really overactive kids, and of course, the fact that them digging holes was going to not just make them strong enough to beat the counsellors up. There were so many amazing stories and lessons portrayed in both the movie and the novel: racism, how love can turn into anger, how women can be ruthless, how it’s important to find love that is equal, to thank your friends who try and help you and to always be optimistic (though maybe a bit more realism wouldn’t have hurt). Both the film and the movie portrayed the lessons they wanted to get across well, especially, the greatness that is true friendship and compassion for others.
Both A Walk to Remember and Holes to me are stories that were adapted and made sure to keep the true story and the experiences of the characters intact, so while not everything aligns up perfectly, only a snob would complain about the outcome.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, is probably my least favorite book of the series. It may be because I read it within 72 hours while flying all across the country, or because I spent the majority of that time trying to figure out whether I should trust Snape or not, Harry’s ridiculous trust in the book that I kept thinking could be Voldemort all over again (seriously!?), and of course all the Hermione and Ron drama; but either way, I don’t look back on it fondly (and this was before I knew the ending).
Similar to the Fourth book, the opening of the Half-Blood Prince was entertaining and created a picture outside our normal understanding of Harry Potter. It was also interesting to see Dumbledore’s interaction with the Dursleys, Professor Slughorn who seemed to be a combination of Draco and Gilderoy Lockhart, and of course, seeing the twins great success and finally their mother’s approval.
Another thing I enjoyed in this story is how we slowly learn more about Voldemort along with Harry, seeing how he grew up and how Dumbledore slowly deciphered who he was and what he was up to. But overall, the story for me focuses on whether Harry is right about Draco and Snape, and for both, I feel the results are mixed. In the very end Snape was technically doing everything for Harry’s mother Lily and for Dumbledore, but at the same time he was a ‘double-agent’ and working with the Death Eaters even though his true intentions were very well hidden. Two things: I’d like to know how he convinced Voldemort he was still a true Death Eater as Voldemort seemed to hold him in high regard, and, how did Harry eventually explain all the true intentions of Snape to the others, did they believe him? They trusted in Snape as long as Dumbledore was alive but after that, they believed he had been fooled. With Draco, yes he was trying to do all these secret things to try and murder Dumbledore, but only because he had to, he really didn’t want to and while Harry had mostly matured this was something he couldn’t get past, he couldn’t see that while Draco was a prick, he also could be a victim.
What I do really appreciate about this year that was enjoyable, is the solidification of Harry’s friends, whether part of the Slug Club, Quidditch team or not, this year showed that those involved in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries were Harry’s true friends and he knew that: Neville, Luna and Ginny, along with his core friends Hermione and Ron. Regardless of whatever anyone else thought of him. This is seen even more so when Dumbledore tells Harry to only tell Ron and Hermione about the Horcruxes
Also, there was some fun magic in here: Felix Felices, the Unbreakable Bow, anything the twins created

When you disappear I miss you
I don't have a clue
I trust this one
Half the battle with you has been won
How and why is what I ask
What if you are wearing a mask?
