TMP has been rotting my brain and for some reason I didnât put to and two together. In Ep 1 Sam gets an email of a âstatementâ. We never know whatâs on the statement only âdolls comma watchingâ. And the only âstatementâ we do hear are from Chester, Noris or Augustus.
Which leads me to believe thatâs only âstatementâ from the three are real ones. This is also on the basis that only true statements were ever told on TMA.
This already adds to how fucking weird the three are. And make me question more stuff. While I donât think itâs Jon, Martin and Jonas (even if I do somewhat love that idea). And in the themselves have been trapped in the computers. I do love an idea another user said (itâs been week. I sadly canât find their username) of how it could be just their voice being used and all.
Also, is there are good words to use other than statements for tmp? Because statements do not feel right for what we are listening to in my opinion.
I guess I should say this but - TMA vague spoilers about the world system to anyone new. But also this is talk about TMP
With episode four out, I think I can confidently say that TMP has a different system to tma. Like 100% I believe it. Unless you can confidently tell me which one entity the âstatementâ have been I will keep fully believing this.
I feel I have to clarify that by âdifferent systemâ I still think the 14 (15??) entities are here but they do not function the same.
Whatâs your worst fear?
It might be basic, but personally. Mine is eyes. Have you ever looked in a mirror with only the moonlight and saw your eyes. And what you look at makes you dread. You are well aware that they are your eyes. But just because you know that Russel in the night is the wind. It doesnât make you less afraid. The ones I see in the dark are not right. They look hollowed out. They seem not mine.
And itâs just them. Not even the rest of my face. Somehow I think itâs worse in the light. When I look too close. Because at least in the dark. I know why they seems off. But no. In the day, they watch and see me. I canât hide from them.
Itâs funny. I liked eyes. I still do. Used to have a habit of drawing them on me. But sometimes when Iâm drawing a character Iâll physically cringe. Because they are staring at me. Judging every part of me. And maybe thatâs worse than if they were just soulless.
Maybe itâs worse than the general paranoia I get from the fear as a whole. Because itâs of my creation.

Like he gave everything to the eye and it threw him away like he was nothing. He had killed a lot of people and even ones he had loved. He had to kill his humanity and even who he was for it. He spent centuries sacrificing and serving it so it can have the world in its image, So it can have power. And it threw him away without a second thought. For someone who was trying to kill it.
If the theory that the fears are different now, imagine how scared heâll be when he wakes up, doesnât know this and thinks the eye cut him off completely. He dedicated his life to it. Now that itâs gone, what would he even do.
I like to think that Jonah was actually a person at some point. before the eye. That he genuinely loved Barnabas and all of them. That he had motivations outside of the eye. Before he threw them away for the beholding. I like to think now that he has his original voice back, and not one of the stolen ones from Elias Bouchard or James Wright, will send him on a spiral. Reminds him of who he was. And what he couldâve had if he never got involved.
