In the new apartment now and it's fantastic! Great space, good neighbors and a yard (a hard thing to come by in chicago). It also comes with a storage space in the basement that is just smaller than the second bedroom.
I've been thinking I should set up my workshop in the basement storage room and keep all the sawdust and noise out of the apartment. The only problem is I'm terrified of spiders and the basement is full of them.
Even typing that right now I can't help but call myself a wuss.
