A while back I posted a lovely little email from my clients, Erin & Ryan, who were so excited to hang up their chandelier they put it up in their barn before they could get it in their dining room. Today they sent me this pic in an email titled, “here she is!” that read:
“A baby is born and has seen the light. Thank You, Caro!”
Looks like they got it up. I’m very pleased indeed. <3

Suggestions on use:
print it out. Wheatepaste it around town. Print it on an iron-on and make it into a tshirt. Wear it to a demonstration. tape a copy outside the Russian embassy. Print on sticker paper. Wallpaper a wall.
Don’t slap it on for-profit tshirts and sell them on ebay. That is lame.
But as long as you’re not using it to make a buck, it’s yours.

Pre-Race Ritual of the Day: Australian Michelle Jenneke, at 19, just might be the world’s most famous hurdler — and it’s all because of a little dance she did last weekend before the 110-meter hurdles at the World Junior Championships in Barcelona.
Ostensibly to loosen up and shake off pre-race jitters, Jenneke’s moves made it online, where Losse Veter slowed them down and set them to music.
Sure, why not?

I got to tour the General Pencil factory in Jersey City yesterday. Here are some photos my friend Christine took!
Usually when I see an old business sign painted on a brick building, I think “Oh, that high-end condo used to be a factory!” But this building is still a fully functional pencil...

If you’re a writer you must watch the entire thing or risk a lifetime of uneducated shame.
