I Really Wanna Know How Hannibal Reacted To Will Getting Married As I Believe For The Most Part Of His

I really wanna know how Hannibal reacted to Will getting married as I believe for the most part of his incarceration he knew that Will is still thinking of him and that’s he’s going to visit him one day as it’s just there games and he’s familiar with it but as time passes in prison he may have doubted that Will would ever come to him. But Will’s wedding news must’ve been so hard on him , the man he gave himself up for, hoping that one day he’s going to come back for him. I mean when he turned himself in he gave Will the freedom to be with him only if he wanted , he gave up any influence, persuasion or control he had over Will. So knowing that Will’s choice was to move on and start a family and just leave him behind must’ve been devastating.I’m pretty sure he wanted to send him a letter after the wedding but maybe he was feeling insecure?rejected? He even knew that Will had burnt the letter he sent. Imagine him alone in his cell sketching Will over and over ,thinking that maybe this time he had lost him that he really is not his anymore. And you can see when they met again Hannibal is trying to remind Will of what they had by bringing up Abigail or pointing out Will formality with him. He was hoping that Will came to see HIM he didn’t give a fuck about the case or the red dragon he just wanted Will to want him in anyway even if it’s just using him to solve the case. He didn’t want to be abandoned by Will anymore .

hannigram is technically a ldr, although that distance shifts throughout the show. s1 we have them seeing each other a lot cuz of work and appointments and then you have times when will randomly shows up to hannibal’s place and it’s so weird that i have to wonder how often that would happen if they lived closer to each other i feel like they would be all up in each other’s space all the time for no reason then you have hannibal randomly popping up to will’s cell in s2 cuz he’s in baltimore now so much much closer and then in s3 will moves away entirely to make visiting much more unattainable and difficult but once he’s back in maryland he starts going there constantly often with no clear motive or reason
