Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.

Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.

Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.

Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.

SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.

SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.

Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.

Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of “how to draw” videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can’t make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.

Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.

Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.

Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here’s a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.

Today in Queer Black History Month, I'm celebrating early 19th century transgender sex worker, pickpocketer, and master scammer Mary Jones who made a healthy living fleecing wealthy white johns who never reported the thefts because they didn’t want their conservative peers to know they had a fetish for black trans women. She was eventually charged with grand larceny when someone turned her in to the police. The anti-abolitionist media mocked and humiliated her during her trial. But Jones appeared in the NY courtroom “neatly dressed in female attire, elegant, and in perfect style," and completely unbothered in a voluminous white dress, snow-white earrings, and a gold-gilded comb, despite the hordes who waited in the courtroom to jeer and prod her. When asked why she dressed in women's clothing by the court, Jones replied because she looked good in them and because her community had always accepted her that way — Mary Jones, y'all, making them eat it, all the way back in 1836. Jones was convicted of grand larceny and released after five years in prison, at which point she was arrested again for dressing as a woman. She served an additional five months. i dont consider myself a 'fashion guru' by any means but one thing i will say is guys you dont need to know the specific brand an item you like is - you need to know what the item is called. very rarely does a brand matter, but knowing that pair of pants is called 'cargo' vs 'boot cut' or the names of dress styles is going to help you find clothes you like WAAAYYYY faster than brand shopping

Yes, we have already begun planning what will arrive next! (Clothes have been on the table, although I can't say much beyond that!) However- It can only come to fruition if we are successful with this first shop run! With that said, the final day for the shop before it is taken down will be May 10th at 11:59 PM PST!

If we are successful with our sales and if the shop proves to be popular, we will be able to re-open with our original four plushes (Wally, Barnaby, Julie, and Frank) as evergreen products (Meaning they will not go away!) and with more on the way! (Not just plushes either!)

Hey I’m Pochi, a Pan/Non-Binary Disabled artist with BPD. I am re posting this because some life things changed for the worse again. So i’m still in the same boat as I was in May 2022, unemployed. I’ve had a lot happen. My ACL was torn on a plane which will require surgery, which my doctor has now forbid me to work on till I have said surgery. Plus the ceiling in one of the bedrooms caved in. I’ve asked for it on twitter but i’ve been afraid to on here. This is a Approx. of what I’ll need just to survive

Electric (Weekly): $300.00 (The electric got raised and it’s been about $60 a day i’m drowning here)

Food (Bi Weekly): $150.00 (I can make stuff last but we need some food.)

Vet For Rug and Check up for Marmalady: $180.00 (This can be postponed But i’d like for it to be soon.)

Spay For Both Girls: $150.00 (Also postponed but again, sooner rather then later would be best for them.)

Cat Food : $50.00 (They have food mostly for now. But that doesn’t take long to run through.)

Med’s and Dr’s: One Med which is a 3 months supply is $75 alone and others range 0-$50. Doctors visits also vary but specialists have not been more then $25 so far.

Ticket to see Gir: $250.80 (This is a major want not a need.)

= So a lot, Close to $1000.00 give or take

The ceiling and plumbing repair is $15,000 I in no way am asking for that. I just need help with monthly bills while my Dr forbids me to work till after I have surgery.
