Favorite restaurant in NYC?
My favorite place to lunch in New York City is The Boathouse. Sorry lol, I’m basic. Give me the Central Park Boathouse over anywhere else in the city almost any day, put a drink in my hand, and let me stay there. It’s a classic; the location is beautiful, the food has always been really good, and the setting is perfection. I’m not the sort of person who’s going to try a million and a half different places when there’s one place that has everything I want, and when it comes to NYC, there are so many trendy (expensive) places to eat that it’s nice to have one or two on your mind that you know will satisfy your needs. It's pricey, but totally worth it.
Something you swear by?
Whenever I take a long flight and I land late, I make sure to set myself up for success by doing one thing. After I’m checked in and after I wake in the morning, I call down to concierge to have a bucket of ice and spa water sent up, dunk my face, gua sha, and spray with Na-Pca Spray to hydrate and depuff. I do it twice to enhance my results, I make sure to let myself rest, and I finish up with a lightweight hydrating moisturizer.
what a beautiful feeling it is to finally get over someone and realize that it was your adoration of them that made them so special. without that, they’re quite basic. just proof that the magic lives in you, not them.
please don’t spend your life convincing yourself that love or joy is reserved for the idealized version of you that only exists in the future
no matter how isolated you are and how lonely you feel, if you do your work truly and consclentiously,
unknown friends will come and seek you
” It’s amazing what happens when you put your interests out into the universe and make it known what you want - you just have to know what it is. For me, I didn’t want anything except to feel new every day. I wanted to try different things. I felt alive. ”
- Lana Del Rey

Things you look for in men?
Put together (usually subtle designer), good haircuts and neat nails, expensive aesthetic dental and vision care, a high quality/rigorous educational background, a pricey hobby or two, a network of personal and professional connections that would boggle the mind of an average person, a good family name (no matter how small), experience traveling, good manners and a mild temperament, a set career path with a reasonable backup plan, little to no debt, and good mental health.
