Here you go!! Instead of just holding my nose and mouth closed after I ran out of air, I did this. I couldn’t hold my breath for long - my lungs suck. Wanted to do a little heart torture with the breath holding. And wanted to do it sitting and arching my back to get a better reaction from my ticker.

Suddenly my chest began to feel tight and I became breathless. Now I knew what this was about. My asthma just got triggered and my chest was aching due to forcefully trying to breathe.

My friend noticed this and came running to me. She asked my where my inhaler was. But i had forgotten to take the inhaler with me that day. She ripped my shirt apart and my boobs fell out. I felt a bit easy but it increased my heart beat and breathing. My friend separated my boobs and placed her head in the center of my chest. Her pressing my boobs turned me on and my nipples swelled up and hardened. She asked me why my heart beat was increasing so much in no time. I wanted to tell her but I tried staying calm.

She gently started massaging my chest. I felt free but I was wheezing and my heart was beating heavily. I couldn't bare my chest pain. I asked my friend to record my heart and breathing sounds. My chest was vigorously moving as I really wanted her to touch my chest again. She asked me to lay down and she pressed her palm between my chest as hard as she could. Strangely I wanted her to keep doing that. She then pressed her hand beneath my left breast. It ached but I loved it.

She then bought a recoder and told me that my heart beat and heart rate seems to be quite high. And my wheezing doesn't seem normal. My chest ached more than she could imagine but I stayed silent and just asked her to record it.

She placed the recorder towards the left of my sternum and one of her hand on my left boob. I was losing control over my breathe but it felt so good. My heart was struggling to beat normally. I couldn't hold for long as my chest began to feel really tight and heavy. This recording is less than a minute but it felt like heaven.
