He/She/They and a HaidenA writer at heart

reblog if you believe fanfics are as valid as books that were published and sold by authors who write as their main careers. I'm trying to prove a point
I watched Furiosa and got another one of those random ideas. Not fully fanfiction, more original-ish. (I doubt it cause there is nothing original in this world and I always talk right out of my a**)
A post apocalyptic world, like Mad Max, where everything is dessert. There is a radioactive-ish situation going on. Some human develop into super strong, almost immortal versions of themselves, while others fall into a mystery illness that turns them into older, more frail, blind and almost prophetic versions.
The superhumans do come with side effects: human flesh consumption, ugly mutations caused by cancer like structures (there is a whole thing on there and I’m not creative enough to get it through yet), and ect.
Even though all of it has a physical/sci-fi cause. There is the issue of the gods. They DO exist and they are at war. The whole destruction of humanity started by the death of a god, the decaying flesh acting as a massive-world-sized nuclear explosion.
Basically: blending the sci-fi post apocalyptic exploration/world with the fantasy take on the existence of deities. I guess I can also add Dune as a jumping point too.
Aemond was so interesting to me as a character (kinda by face value and mostly the crumbs of delusion I own).
Like, there was a silent command he gave to the room and yet it was like a 5 year old getting their mother’s attention. It was the blinded hate towards so many things and yet being a coward about others (mostly about himself)
So: idea dump: the dance has not started yet. Aemond is forced to marry Rhaenyra’s daughter (the logistics of that do summersaults in my head but bear with me. Let’s say she is Jace’s twin). She is raised in the castle even as her mother leaves to Dragonstone. Develops a very silent way to communicate with her husband.
Simple: they talk to each other once they have made some sort of contact (he holds out his hand for her to take or she lightly reaches for his shoulder) always with space for refusal. The clear boundaries they made always kept. He doesn’t bother her, she doesn’t bother him.
And then the little things begin to shine. She willingly wears dark colors, somewhat matching him. She was forced to match more to Alicent but I guess rebellion comes in very weird ways. The little pins with blue sapphires.
King is dying, the fight breaks out and she goes to Jace. Tells him: “The only reason I don’t fear death is because I know how I die. My husband will be the one to send me to the stranger”
Idea dump: Xmen (she/her pronouns)
Charles has a kid. A normal kid. A none mutant kid. Or at least everyone thinks. The kid develops a semi normal life. Bikes everywhere, attends high school, has a job.
But not even Charles seems to understand how deep it really goes. A freak among the mutants, an outcast among the non-mutants. A bright kid. Smart and easily bored. Her father a highly busy man, so the mutants around would help.
But even more, she’s a mutant. The perfect mutant. A telepath with telekinesis and the ability to bend their mutation into another. But that one night, a drunken Charles Xavier rebuilt how they saw themselves. His drunken rants talking about how much of a burden she was. The first night she developed the mutation.
But everyone around, just didn’t know. The kid developed such different ways to live that even their blood showed no sign of change.
A deep green jealousy in her gut every time Charles would pick the mutants over her. Every single time. No guidance in her abilities and yet the secret will stay inside her for as long as she lives.
It starts shifting once someone trails her, orders dictated within her mind, well, the men’s following her.
Her boss pays her to do his taxes, giving her time to stay at the mutant school. And it all breaks loose. The men get too close and get blasted. Making Charles turn in anger towards her. First time in a long time. She didn’t spend enough time for this to happen. And her anger boils over. The whole office shaking and crashing. And that’s when Charles first hears his daughter’s mind. Almost like a wave of red and green.
But that is as far as I got last time I thought of this.
Idea dump: Supernatural (he/him pronoun)
The idea of the Winchesters being a team of three: Sam, Dean and a little kid. Think maybe 12 in season 1. Hunting and being a little shit all around.
The idea of said little kid being the most human after their brother’s deaths. The continuous joke of him being mistaken for a she, as his mom was real pretty. The “most human” of the Winchesters, never died, never revived, just a kid.
But they were always ever so weird. They could taste in the cheese of the town’s pizza if the town was hunted or not. Could see a faint outline of dark smoke when someone was possessed by a demon. The faint sound Cass made when his celestial form blinked or the very light pink outline around Jimmy’s form.
As they grow older, the war goes forth. They stop the apocalypse but everything gets overwhelming. The rumbling of the earth, the rings of angels, the faint form of reapers, the smells starting to make an appearance.
The dreams were so vivid. An oracle like moment. Is he or not? And now I’m stuck in the story cause I’m on season 7 so no spoilers.
