Bucky Barnes - Adrenaline Rush |one shot|
summary: the boys left to the bar, coming back late only to find that their entire floor had been broken into, you were home alone.
Warning: attempted murder, angst, fluff
Note: this was just a short thought But it’s also terribly written, sorry?.
Main Masterlist // Roomie Collection
The boys had just gotten to the local bar that was nearly a mile away from the apartment. You had a rough day at work and didn't want to leave the comforts of the apartments. You had insisted the boys still go out without you though of course Bucky objected but was dragged out anyway.
You started running yourself a bath letting it run while you reheated whatever leftover you could find in the fridge which was very limited with three boys in the apartment.
Leaning over the kitchen counter as you slowly stuff your mouth with the slightly cold food from the plastic container. Dumping half of it into the trash before proceeding to the bathroom, starting to strip yourself of your work scrubs discarding your top to the ground leaving you in your bra and your athletic shorts you usually wear under your scrubs.
The front door opening loudly caused you to jump back, peaking your head out the door, calling out for one of them.
The loud stomps are getting closer and closer to you. You realize it's not them.

The boys were just leaving and headed home, when Bucky's phone started ringing.
His phone displays your name in bolded letters across his screen. When he answered ,your voice was shaky and sounded like you were out of breath like you were trying to stay quiet.
“y/n?” he says his brows pinched in confusion, that you had called him.
“B’, there's someone in the apartment” you whisper the tears threatening to spill over.
He can hear the loud bangs from your side of the phone before it goes quiet.
“ y/n?” no answer “ y/n!” he calls out again.
The car comes to a halt, the New York rush coming at its favored time, Steve finds a place to pull off, Bucky gets out of the car running into the direction of the apartments. Sam and Steve followed suit.
After running for over ten minutes they reached at least the block of the apartment, the sirens and flashing lights from the ambulance and police cars lighting up the entire road.
Bucky's legs seemed to carry him fast at the sight.
Reaching the caution tape lining the entrance and all the neighbors standing outside.
Bucky's eyes frantically looked around for you, finding nothing.
Ducking under the caution tape, multiple officers rushing over.
“ Sir behind the tape” they urge, pushing him back toward the yellow tape.
“ no this is my apartments my roommate was in there”
A few of your neighbors confirm that he had lived here letting their grip on him go, Bucky ventures further into the circle of ambulances.
His eyes finally find you, your body soaking wet as you shiver in the cold air, your knees pressed to your chest as you sit on the edge of the ambulance's doors, your lips nearly blue.
“ Y/N!” he calls out before running to you.
You look up from the ground, your eyes meeting him as you shove off the blanket from your shoulders discarding it to the ground, sprinting towards him the tears finally slipping as you are now just realizing what had just happened.
Your body smashes into his wrapping your arms around his shoulders, his grip around your waist as your feet depart from the ground. Your face buried into the crevice of his neck sobbing as you feel the comfort of his embrace, his lips pressing to your temple.
“You’re safe now, I’m here.” he soothes, his hand smoothing your wet hair behind your ear.
Steve and Sam were finally let through the yellow caution tape scurrying to you.
“ Barnes can I talk to you?” Leslie asks , Leslie is your coworker that was working on the scene and your best friend. " She's gonna have some mild PTSD, she was almost killed, so just make sure she's okay and maybe don't let her sleep by herself tonight. make sure she feels safe please"
" What do you mean almost killed?" he questions.
"did they not tell you what happened?" she says with wide eyes, he shook his head " the man tried to drown her-"
Bucky joins back with you, your side pressed against him as his hand runs up your arms keeping you warm as the cold air leaves small bumps scattering across your skin.
Once they finally let you back into the apartment the boys decided that they didn’t want you to sleep alone for the night, so instead they brought out all the pillows and blankets they could find and stuffed them onto the couch.
You slept on the long side of the couch Sam and Bucky took the floor and Steve slept on the other side. The only light emitting into the room was the light from the tv.
you lay on the couch facing the cushion you body rising and falling as you breath, you were terrified to close your eyes.
You flip to your other side laying your hand over the edge reaching for Bucky’s hand laying on his stomach.
He’s eyes slowly open to look at you, that pad of his thumb running against the back of your hand.
“ Can I come lay with you?” You ask in a soft whisper leaning over the edge.
“ yeah” he replies, scooting over on the floor giving you a space between him and the couch. patting the empty spot next to him.
you slowly lower yourself into the spot laying your head against his shoulder and chest you body relaxing into his side.
you knew you were safe with the three hulking men that laid near you but you still felt uneasy, but strange enough a near death experience can do that.

“No way, bro, Halloween is the ultimate horror film, you’re both idiots,” JJ drunkenly defended, shaking his head at John B and Pope.
“No, listen, Hereditary is like…smart,” Pope argued back, and JJ groaned around his beer.
“Yeah, just what I want from my horror films, Pope. Smarts. No! Blood and guts and slashy slashy,” JJ pointed his finger at his friends, and John B rolled his eyes.
“Okay, okay, let’s agree to disagree, guys, I’m gonna go get another couple of beers,” John B was already halfway out of his seat, ever the peacekeeper when it came to JJ and Pope’s debates.
He was about to turn back towards the Chateau when he spotted JJ fishing in his pocket.
“No, nope, give it here,” he ordered, and JJ looked up in confusion.
“What are you talking about?”
“The phone. I know what you’re doing. No girlfriends tonight,” he held his hand out.
“I wasn’t even gonna message her!” JJ defended, lying through his teeth, ignoring the sarcastic look Pope was throwing his way.
“JJ. You do this every boys night and we don’t wanna listen to you two tell each other how in love you are for the next hour. You traumatised Pope last time.”
“I never wanna hear the word ‘daddy’ come out of that woman’s mouth again,” Pope muttered, and JJ just smirked at him.
“Speak for yourself,” he winked, and Pope pretended to gag over the side of his chair.
“JJ, no.” Pope groaned.
“JJ, yes,” he grinned back.
“JJ. No.” John B cut in, holding his hand out again.
“What if there’s an emergency?”
“What kind of emergency?”
JJ shrugged, smug look overtaking his features.
“A dick emergency.”
“JJ, phone!”
“Jeeeeez, fine,” JJ held his hands up before reaching into his pocket and handing his phone over to John B who slid it into his shorts before heading inside.
“I just wanna say that I think this is very unfair,” JJ complained to Pope, who raised an eyebrow at his blonde friend.
“Distance is healthy, man. You’re whipped.”
“Of course I’m whipped. Have you seen my girl?” JJ defended, and Pope just smiled and shook his head, knowing there was no derailing JJ when it came to his favourite topic - you.
“Okay, I’m gonna go to the bathroom before you start in on the wedding plans,” Pope stood up and stretched before heading in after John B, leaving JJ by the fire brooding.
When they finally came back outside together, John B spotted the sheepish look on JJ’s face.
“What did you do?”
“Don’t know what you’re talking about, man. Gimme my beer,” JJ held his hand out, and John B decided to let it go, handing over the bottle and settling back in his seat.
“Okay, so, what about Scream? We’re totally forgetting a classic!” JJ started up again, and John B groaned as the debate started right back where they’d left it.

Pope was in the middle of a fierce defence of Midsommer when John B heard his own phone buzz from the floor beside him. He picked it up eagerly, hoping it was Sarah (yeah, he was a hypocrite, sue him).
Instead, your name flashed across his screen, and he frowned, opening the text. He was halfway through the message when he spat his beer out, spraying half of it on Pope.
“What the fuck, John B?” He startled, jumping up.
“JJ, why the hell do I have a very descriptive message from your girl about how she wants to, and I quote, ‘get dicked down’?” John B sputtered out.
“She answered? Nice, lemme see!” JJ reached out for the phone, wincing at the slap John B landed on his hand.
“Please tell me you did not use my phone to sext your girlfriend?”
“You took mine! What was I supposed to do?”
“Not be horny for one night!”
“Impossible,” JJ scoffed, trying for another grab at the phone. “Lemme read it!”
“No! I’m deleting this,” John B held the phone out of JJ’s reach.
“Wait, come on, I wanna see what she put!”
“Well I don’t! What if Sarah saw this?!”
JJ shrugged, taking a swig of his beer.
“Maybe she could pick up some tips? My girl’s filth,” he winked, and Pope threw his hands up in exasperation.
“Yeah, this is not happening. Bad JJ!”
“Fine! Sorry for being sexually active guys! Back to boys night,” JJ promised, leaning back in his chair.
It was silent for a few moments, all three guys settling back and drinking.
“But seriously, what did she say?!”
“JJ!”

Movie commentary : Captain America Civil War 2016
So I watched over the movie and i can finally say I AM TEAM CAP !
Now that I am older and can get a better viewing of it . Cap really was in the right don't get me wrong tony is y guy but he tends to not listen to other people POV thus create a conflict .
here is my understanding :

Vision : He does have point . With the whole process and he is an "android" so he is possibly 99.9% correct in these cases .
Natasha : She is right in the case that they need to win back the publics trust . Humans do have a big role in this . Especially when dealing with the government .
Rhodes : Professional as usual .
Tony : Personally i understand him but he is doing this more as a way to cope with guilt . From the damage they did in Sokovia . His mind and feeling are not in the same place . Until the truth is told to him when he investigates it . Telling us he is only really going to depend on himself . NO HATE TO TONY THO RIP , SIP .
T'challa : Wrong , he acted without thinking first . I respect him for trying to defend his father but he didn't even looked into it himself . He just heard a name and attacked . Once again no hat to the character RIP , SIP Chadwick Aaron Boseman .
Peter : Honestly he had no part in this just doing what he was told to do my little innocent muffin.

Steve : I understand what he was doing protecting buck but I wished he didn't have to go through all that to do so.
Bucky : My baby did what he had to do to survive . I understand his past but it wasn't his fault .
Clint : He would have join team ironman if Natasha had ask he really would just support his friends .
Sam : He can have his own opinion but I think he was really harsh in showing it . But he just followed his gut and stuck with right hand man Steve .
Wanda : She was just a kid handling he emotions . If they hadn't tried to keep her in the tower it could have been different . So she turned to the adult she trust most aka Steve hence her team . Clint saved her from the tower so she felt safer with them .
Scott : Just came to help , he even made Wanda smile .
So in conclusion my choice is Team Cap , this is from my point of view . Then again I can watch the movie when I'm older and have a different saying in the future .

You and Charlie had become best friends after the Winchesters had introduced the two of you when she visited the bunker two years ago, so you were excited when Sam and Dean told you Charlie was coming over and they were heading out for the night so you could have a girls night. Your girls nights usually involve movies, junk food, and wine. Lots of wine. Sam told you he had bought a few bottles for the two of you when he found out she was coming.
“What’s up bitches?! The queen is here,” Charlie exclaimed as she descended down the metal staircase.
“Charlie!” You ran to your best friend throwing your arms around her in a tight hug.
“Well I guess Charlie is here,” Sam laughs walking into the war room before giving Charlie a hug.
“What gave it away Sammy? The dog whistle sound that just pierced through the bunker?” You smacked Dean on the shoulder as he passed you to give Charlie a hello.
“Shut up Winchester. It’s been months since I’ve seen her. Four months and two weeks to be exact. I’ve missed my best friend okay?!”
Dean threw his hands up, “Okay, okay I get it. I know when we aren’t wanted here. Let’s head out Sammy.”
“It’s not that you are not wanted boys, it’s just that you won’t enjoy our girls night. I mean Sam would enjoy our nerd movies and we all know Dean would love our chick flicks, but do you really want to sit through all of that?”
“I do not like chick flicks,” Dean huffed walking into the library to pick up Baby’s keys.
“You girls have fun. We will be back late.” Sam smiled at the two of you as he started up the staircase.
You and Charlie watched the boys until they were out of sight and you heard the clank of the heavy metal door closing. Turning you smiled to one another, “You grab the food. I will grab the wine. Let’s get this show on the road!”
“Heck yes,” Charlie said excitedly.
Just five minutes later the two of you were seated on the couch, Harry Potter starting up on the screen. You poured two large glasses of wine for the two of you.
“So we are playing the normal drinking game, right,” Charlie enquired.
“Obviously. Is it really a girls night if we don’t play the traditional drinking games?”
You laughed at your best friend. “Okay, true you have a point.”
You were on to the third movie with four empty bottles of wine sitting on the table in front of you. The two of you were working on bottle number five.
“So, we’ve had a lot of wine and I’m feeling good. Let’s play a game Y/N!”
“What game are you thinking of Charlie?”
“How about truth or dare?” Charlie winked at you taking another drink.
You downed your glass and poured yourself another one. “Okay sure, let’s do it. Also let’s say if you try to back out of a truth or a dare you have to down your glass.”
“Sounds good to me!” Charlie finished off her glass and you poured her another one.
“Truth or dare Charlie?”
“Okay, let’s start easy. Truth.” You smiled smugly at your friend.
“Fine. Have you ever had a crush on someone that you thought was off limits?” While she thought about her answer you thought about your crush on the redhead sitting in front of you.
“Yes, yes I have. Your turn! Truth or dare!”
“Wait, you aren’t going to elaborate on that at all,” you questioned.
She shook her head no, “truth or dare? Come on Y/N!”
“Okay, okay fine. Let’s go with dare. I’m not afraid.” You crossed your arms defensively in front of you.
“Hmmmm I dare you to kiss me!”
“Wh…what,” you stammer.
“Kiss me or drink up girly. Are you afraid?”
“No, I’m not afraid,” you said reaching for your glass and downing it.
“Oh,” Charlie’s face fell.
Setting down your glass you look to her before reaching out your hand and putting it on the back of her head pulling her closer to you. You press your lips to her softly before pulling back. “I wasn’t backing out, I just needed a little courage boost.”
You smiled at her. After a moment you leaned back in. Your tongue traced her lip until she opened up her mouth. Your tongues battled together as you continued to kiss. As things continued to head up you pulled Charlie into your lap so she was on top of you. The two of you were exploring each other’s bodies, hands roaming everywhere. Somehow the two of you had managed to take each other’s shirts off as you continued to get to know each other more intimately.
“Well, I think I know why they wanted us gone now Sammy.” The two of you froze hearing Dean’s voice.
“Boys! You’re home early,” Charlie squeaked out grabbing the blanket from the back of the couch to cover herself.
“Ummm Charlie, it’s after three.”
“Oh…well…we should clean up.”
“Charlie, it’s fine. Trust me. I’ve walked in on those guys in much worse situations than this.” The boys nodded their heads in agreement with you.
“It’s true. I’m pretty sure Y/N needs her brain bleached to get those memories out of her head,” Dean smirked. You couldn’t help but roll your eyes at him.
“I’m just glad that the two of you finally got together. It’s about time.” Sam smiled at the two of you. “I hope this means that we will be seeing more of you Charlie.”
“Or you know, we will be seeing less of Y/N,” Dean laughed.
You threw a pillow at Dean hitting him in the face, “Shut up Winchester you love me and you know it!”
“Yea, yea I do. Charlie you are always welcome here. Especially if you two are now a thing. Have a good night ladies. I’m going to go put my headphones on and go to sleep. Sam, you got ear plugs? I feel like you may need them tonight.” Sam laughed at his brother.
“Shut up Dean! You are such a jerk,” you yelled at Dean’s retreating form.
“I’m just glad the two of you are happy. Good night girls, have a fun rest of your evening.” Sam smiled at the two of you before following his brother towards his room.
“Well, that was awkward,” Charlie said blushing a little.
“Charlie when I asked if you ever had a crush on anyone you thought was off limits I thought about how I have had a crush on you for the longest time.”
“I know. That’s why I dared you to kiss me. Dean sort of let it slip that you have feelings for me when he and I talked last.”
“Seriously? He ratted me out? That jerk!”
“Yea he did, but him telling me made tonight happen, and I really liked what was happening until we got interrupted.”
“I liked that too,” you responded. With that you reached out for Charlie once again pulling her back on top of you. The makeout session continued throughout the night.

I've seen some nerve-racking 10k fics that don't have the cut and in their worst, they're also full of media like "this is a picture of what you're wearing, this is the view you're seeing from your hotel room, here's a gif how x looks at you in this scene" = Tumblr app struggles to load that wall of text and media and then Tumblr app crashes and when asked to put the cut, people are like "I'm on mobile and can't put the cut" so here's a little tutorial video for you guys.
