I don't know why I'm doing this to myself. I just bought "The last days of John Lennon". Some chapters are from the assassinator's perspective (I do not want to name him literally, cuz he wanted to be talked about and famous) and some chapters are fully about the Beatles, there really are interesting stuff in the book

i had a very strange encounter today.
i was going home from a hangout with my friends after school, and i got on my bus. it's always crowded that time of the day, and today was no exception. an old lady took his bag from the seat next to her, and told me to sit down. i thanked her, and did so.
she asked me if i were coming from work, and i said that i'm still in school. then she asked me what i want to be when i grow up. she told me i would be a lovely teacher. then she told me about her kids, her grandkids, and her difficult life of working jobs she hated. when she finally got to study economics in Budapest where she always wanted to study, her husband left her with two small kids.
then she told me how she always wanted to go back to work at Váci street in Budapest, and that she had to work at factories to make enough money for her kids. but after several jobs, she finally got a job at Váci street, and she worked there the last three years before her retirenment.
when she said that, she turned to me, and said: "it took me 50 years to finally do what i want, but i did it. don't worry about what you do, you will get to do what you like. follow your dreams."
i had to get off the bus to switch to train, but that sentence really touched me. i've been struggling lately, because society tells me to have a normal job, to make money, but i always wanted to be a writer. to tell stories, to touch people, to love and create and destroy.
i take it as a sign to follow my dreams to make a revolution in hungary for queer poets and writers my age, to tell what i have to tell and follow my dreams.
whoever that lady was, i hope that she is forever blessed. thanks for reading this little story time, i just wanted to share because it's not something that happens to me every day.
Couldn’t take myself seriously today
I think when you suddenly get an obsession to the point where everything you see/hear is a reference to that obsession, and your whole room is that obsession themed, and then the hyperfixation is suddenly gone, you either force yourself to still like that thing, or you just sad :(

I just rewatched the concert recordings and uhh, the sound isn't always the best, and honestly, I don't even know what's wrong with my phone, but the audio is sometimes slightly muted, so yeah :[

Last song: M. A. V. (It's a Fire) by Ivan & The Parazol. I'm on my way to their concert, and just listening to all of their songs on the way hehe
Last film: I last saw the Minecraft movie (lol), but to give a better answer, before that I saw Two Of Us (2000) so that's better
Last series: Death Note. I was very curious about the story of it, and I honestly don't know if it's really considered a series, but yeah 0_o
Sweet/salty/savory: sweet, ofc!! I love sweet foods/snacks, when those get a bit too much, I drink something sweet, and also, my friends (and mutuals hehe) are very sweet too 😌
Tea or coffee: I honestly like both. Sometimes I like tea more, sometimes I like coffee more, sometimes I really don't want any of them.
Working on: I'm currently working on a poem that is due Friday, and it's almost done, but I'm afraid I'll have to send it while it's still in progress :[ I'm also working on my art and guitar skills

The band's name is "Ivan & The Parazol". When I went to the Carson Coma concert, I was already kinda listening to them, then I saw an ad that they're gonna have a concert and I was like 'that'd be so cool if I could see them' and now, we won tickets :DD (I still have to listen to their whole discography, cuz otherwise I'll feel like a poser 🥲 also, yay paragraph xd)
